I accept payment via credit card / debit card & paypal.
I ship through US postal service. Shipping usually takes 2-7 business days. (In the United Sates)
I also ship worldwide, shipping charges may vary.
Every order comes with a tracking number. If your package is being shipped out internationally I am no longer able to track your package once it is out of the United States.
It is recommended that you remove your Jewelry | rings when showering, sleeping, or coming in contact with rough chemicals.
Just like anything that you love and adore. Your handmade jewelry needs to be cared for as well and treated with lots of love. Be mindful jewelry is not indestructible.
I always recommend that you wait to put on your jewelry before you spray any type of perfume, hairspray or lotion.
Place it in a nice box or jewelry pouch to prolong the life of your gems ♡
As of March 1st 2017 - All sales are final. No EXCHANGES or REFUNDS are availabel unless there is a mistake on my part.
Taking care of your handmade jewelry is your responsibility, be sure of your ring size before checkout, make sure that the jewelry is your size and fits your style, if you have more questions about a piece email me firstname.lastname@example.org
If custom orders are canceled the deposit will not be refunded. Please be considerate when placing a custom order, take note that any item that I have already started making for you will not be set on hold & will be available for purchase to anyone. Even if you have sent in a stone for me to work on for you, be considerate of my time and supplies.

Lost or Stolen Packages
I am sorry but I am not responsible for lost or stolen items, when your packages leave my home studio they are no longer my responsibility but the responsibility of the USPS to deliver.
If there a damage to your piece when it arrives please contact me as soon as possible,
with pictures & we will go from there. I am a one woman operated business so please be patient with me.
